21-02-2008 - Stephen Flint of RES speaks at the Annual SODC Landlords Forum

Stephen Flint, MD of RES Group was invited to speak at the Annual Landlords Forum organised by South Oxfordshire District Council.

In his presentation, Stephen covered the subject of Fire Risk Assessments, The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, and general advice on the new responsibilities of landlords and legisliation, advice on the cost implications of the new laws, and simple steps and measures with regards to fire safety.
