	Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Let us supply you with a quote to service and maintain your building, we can provide hourly, daily, weekly, quarterly, six monthly or annual maintenance of your property that includes A/C servicing, Boiler / heating servicing handyman services, electrical and mechanical servicing as well as all types of building works.

	Electrical Installations We are able to undertake installations from minor electrical repairs or electrical installations to complete new circuits and on to full rewires. Our specialist Sub-Contractors can undertake all types of mechanical works such as water treatment, boiler installations / replacements, and all areas of building works.

	Portable Appliance Testing This is a task that we undertake completely in house with our own staff. Our equipment of choice is manufactured by Megger, we have all of the equipment necessary to undertake basic PAT testing along with bar code scanners all of which will provide you with a full and detailed item / location list, we can PAT test any number of items from 1 to 10,000+, prices vary on quantity.
